Order Cancellation and Refund Process
- To initiate a cancellation and request a refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of placing your order. Please be aware that no change-of-heart returns, cancellations, or exchanges will be entertained beyond this 48-hour window.
- For order cancellations, third-party payment gateway charges may apply.
Product Inspection and Damages
- We take utmost care in packaging and delivering your orders. We recommend that you personally accept each product and thoroughly inspect it for any damage upon delivery. If you identify any damage, please follow the procedure below.
- In case a product is damaged during shipping and transit, we provide the options of product repair, replacement, or refund. To avail of these options, we kindly request you to notify us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged product. - Please sign the insurance claim form provided during delivery to proceed with a claim.
Refund Process
